The Role;


Things are picking up pace and they are now looking for a Senior PPC Manager / Paid Search Manager to join their team of experts. Working in their creative and supportive environment you will get the opportunity to hone your already proven skills and develop your career further with continual personal development and training.

What you’ll do:

● Manage pay-per-click campaigns on Google Ads and Bing, primarily involving search and remarketing campaigns.

● Be the PPC Expert / Champion. Explore new PPC techniques and opportunities to improve client campaigns and results.

● Lead the delivery & be accountable for Paid Per Click accounts and manage the resource within the team, taking responsibility for results, creating and directing client strategy, and communicating with the client.

● Create, implement and develop PPC processes to help effectively deliver a PPC service geared to achieving agreed client results.

● Effectively manage the budgets of clients to reach and exceed their specific sales or lead generation targets.

● Take responsibility for optimising paid media. You’ll have the autonomy to make your own decisions and will ultimately be accountable for the results of paid media campaigns.

● Working closely with the wider team analysing data, identifying marketing trends, customer segmentation, developing insight to share with the team and providing recommendations.

● Contribute to new client proposals where your knowledge and expertise will be key in helping to develop a tailored strategy.

● Use strong commercial acumen to have detailed discussions with clients about their business objectives, market and profit margins, using that information to develop strategies for continued growth in campaign performance.

Your experience and competencies;


● 3 Years+ experience managing paid campaigns across Google and Bing.

● Ability to demonstrate improvements in ROAS and CPA across e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.

● Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

● Strong understanding of wider digital marketing channels and how they work together.

● A structured and methodical approach to ongoing optimisation of PPC campaigns.

● An understanding of Display and YouTube campaigns would be advantageous.

● The ability to spot opportunities on campaigns to improve performance and grow accounts.


Personal skills

· Great analytical skills & attention to detail.

· Good time management and prioritisation skills are essential for managing multiple campaigns at once.

· Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client’s needs.

· Strategic overview and the ability to maximise client budgets and profit margins for the best campaign performance.

·The ability to write compelling copy for PPC adverts and landing pages is advantageous but not essential.
